"My business partner and I have been traveling for two months staying in a new hotel every few days and this by far was one of the friendliness and best experiences we experienced. All the staff was extremely helpful with the utmost customer service. The room was clean and comfy and we really enjoyed our stop at this location. "Hotel with 24/7 pool and gym. Nothing special, but currently undergoing renovations. Otherwise the place was clean, and it seems like it will be even better soon. I was happy to see water bottle filling stations, however the filters were past due for a change. "

"Our only issue was that the room next to us was up partying all night and we had to catch an early flight and had to be up at 3:30 am. Front desk said that there wasn't anything that they could do and that they had no available rooms. We didn't want another room just for the desk to make contact and tell them to quiet down or they would be asked to leave. We got no sleep at all that night."

"Really hard to find the entrance. Place could use some refreshes. But overall it’s fine. Room is clean. The restaurant across the parking lot is cute and food is pretty good. Tunnel closure is huge impact. Tragic! And not permanent. The extra traffic should be gone in a few weeks!! It’s a great location - close to highway access. "

"The entire building was under renovation. I had to go up 2 floors for ice. The pool and fitness area was closed. The restaurant was torn up. My allergies were terrible from the construction dust. None of this was mentioned on Expedia when I booked the room that day. The price was high for such a mess. My room was clean and newly remodeled which was nice and breakfast was wonderful"
