"Home was nice and clean. Host responds quickly. For fur parents there’s not many places to walk your dogs but there are dog parks near by. The back yard is large and secure enough for dogs to roam. The grass wasn’t mowed in the back other than that no other issues. "

"I paid for this house and the host messaged me and offered me the other house they had for the same price. When we got to the house it was only 55 degrees and took 8 hours for the living room to be comfortable. We didnt even stay in the rooms because it was so cold. There was a used bar of soap and razor top cover in the bath. One of the rooms didnt have a door knob there was toilet paper in the hole. The vent in the kitchen had dust and cob webs all in it. "I have nothing negative to say about our stay at Regina’s duplex! The bonus room on the basement was a great feature. The linens were top tier and plentiful. Regina was so thoughtful about asking what kind of snacks our kids like so she could leave some for them! She was so communicative! I am very grateful we got to experience this trip and stay! "

"I attended a mandatory 2 week training last minute and had no arrangements for my dogs. I brought my sons as well to watch the dogs while I attended the training. The home was nice, comfortable and pet friendly. The neighbors were nice and friendly as well. The only flaw for me was the fence facing the alley is low and my Wiley puppy hopped it. "The house worked out perfectly for our family weekend away. It was within 10 minutes of everything that we did while in Springfield. Each bedroom has a bed and then there is a blow up mattress (which the kids loved). We would stay again."

"This house was a great location for us. We were in Springfield visiting family and it was close to everywhere we needed to be. Communication with the owner was always quick and responsive. It was a nice touch that there was coffee and creamer in the house, along with some basic spices. Everything was very clean. "

"This property had plenty of things to keep a group of high school students entertained. They loved the pool table, record player, arcade games, and more. They were engaged with each other. The TV and phones were forgotten!"
