"Staff is very friendly. Room service is great, a little pricey, but the food is fast and everything tasted as expected. Valet is quick and easy. We lived in Birmingham for many years; it’s the perfect spot to walk to all that downtown has to offer. I didn’t get an emailed receipt which I thought they said I’d get at check out, but it’s not a big deal. I’m sure if I call them, they’ll send it. Definitely a great choice if you want to be in the middle of a very safe and beautiful town. "

"The entrance and check in was fine. The front desk person was informative and easy to work with. The problems were once I got to my room. There was no trash cans in the room. The toilet paper was sitting on the sink. The holder was missing the rod. The shower curtain rod was not flexed outwardly. Instead if was bowing downward. The tub looked gross. I pulled the sheets back on the beds and found random small pieces of stuff. The TV remote was missing the back to hold in the batteries. ...
