"Very nice hotel at a good location. Receptionists were very welcoming and helpful! They helped us with train as the found and printed train timetable towards Scilla and back. Even staff who didn't speak English were kind and helpful we used Google translate to communicate and had no issues! Restaurant staff and housekeeping were very welcoming too! Area was very cheap with nice food at very good price! If you are staying at Reggio Calabria I strongly suggest visiting Le Vie del Gusto restaurant with traditional food, good portions and really good prices!"

"The staff are very accommodating and go out of their way to assure your stay is a success. Breakfast is Keto friendly and includes sliced meats, cheese, pastries, cereals, jams, nutella, coffee, juice...something for everyone. If you are simply looking for a beautiful view their rooftop breakfast dining area is breathe taking giving stunning view of Sicily. Open patio to sip coffee and enjoy the sounds of the birds. Reggio Calabria waterfront walk is fun and relaxing at all times of day...dancing, dining, ..then back to your hotel room - clean, comfortable, and safe. handicap friendly elevator and hallways."

"Ottimo hotel qualità/prezzo, con una straordinaria cura e attenzione per il cliente. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile per risolvere qualsiasi necessità del cliente. Colazione eccezionale, ricca di prodotti fresci e locali. Tanta frutta, salumi, yogurt, succhi di frutta, latte di mandarla, cornetti feschi, ecc. Mia moglie è rimasta esterefatta dalla bontà del cappuccino fatto con latte di mandorla. Insomma soddisfattissimi del servizio e della cura del personale e dei proprietari. Hotel a due minuti dal mare, spiaggia pulitissima e un mare limpido. Trovi sempre dove parcheggiare. Parcheggio gratuito sulla strada. Vi raccomando solo di non andare al ristorante ACCABBANNA, che si trova in zona. Il proprietario ha già i prezzi più cari della zona e inoltre vuole truffarvi ancor di più gonfiando i prezzi. Per esempio un bottiglia d'acqua cl 75, sul listino è Euro 2,50 ma lui poi vi segna Euro 5. Un amaro è Euro 3, na lui poi vi fa pagare Euro 5. Insomna cerca di fregarvi almeno 10 Euro o più. E se glielo fate notare, magari corregge qualcosina accampando scuse. Ristorante da evitare."

"Our adventure to Messina was unplanned but ended being the most memorable of our Italian vacation. We found the staff to be most accommodating, the breakfast to be superb and the accommodation pleasant and comfortable. We plan to return to enjoy the area more fully and we will definitely stay at Jolly Charme Suite."

"The grounds of the property were immaculate. The dining area used for breakfast was well appointed and the breakfast selections were vast. Good deal of gluten free options available."

"This is a very modern hotel in a kind of rural area. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff were lovely! They couldn’t have been any more helpful. We checked in and found the plug for the hot tub on our balcony wasn’t working properly. Reception got maintenance who couldn’t instantly fix the problem so we were moved to the room next door. This room was exactly the same but the hot tub was fully functioning. The breakfast at the hotel was good. A large variety of options. We had lunch and cocktails from the bar area at the front of the hotel which was again lovely. We were treated to complimentary local delicacies whilst having our drinks. We stayed end of May and the whole area was very quiet. The beaches were empty but were beginning to get set up for the summer season. We were the only people sunbathing and swimming in the outdoor pool area. Which is a very rare opportunity! We walked to a local supermarket approximately 5mins away. We walked along the beach front for dinner locally and found a variety of local seafood based restaurants. Overall the stay could not have been any nicer. We will be back. "

"It is very noisy at night ( Friday ).The bar next door plays loud music with people drinking in the street until 2am.!!!! Finally they go home at about 3am. It is such a shame because everything else is so good. I can not recommend it for this reason."
