"In the start there were a few misunderstandings and some confusion. Nothing serious. The owner is very kind and responsive. It's a beautiful property and if I'm in the area, I'll stay here again. If you're in the area for tourism be prepared for some moderate-difficult walking."

"The house sits on a top a of the hill with amazing views of Tuscany. Location-wise it was about 30 mins to Montalpulciano, 50 mins to Sienna and an hour to Perugia. Decent equipped."

"Conveniently located property that was quiet, spacious and very clean. A/C was also strong and kept was cool despite the hot temps outside. We only stayed one night, but would definitely stay again when in Montepulciano."

"Hotel staff were business-like and efficient, but not overly friendly. Room was quiet and more spacious than many on our trip. "

"Very well heated in the cold winter weather, staff is friendly. Would make the stay much nicer if there were the usual small food counter in the room (electric water boiler, cups and spoons, and just some complimentary tea bags and coffee). It was a bit tough without even the possibility to buy a cup of something hot or get a snack after checking in on a cold winter day in the afternoon, because the restaurant was closed until dinner time which was 8-9 pm only."

"It was very picturesque when we drove up, very much a Tuscan Villa. Emma greeted us with a smile and a beverage of choice right when we arrived. The rooms was a perfect size, the bathroom very nice and the views were incredible. Emma helped advise us on the best dinner spots in town and how best to navigate in town. "What an incredible experience! From the moment my husband and I arrived, we were greeting with overwhelming hospitality - it felt like we were pulling up to a loving family members house - that’s how welcome we felt! Our room was so lovely, and the food and wine at the resort was outstanding. My husband and I enjoy sleeping in a bit on vacation and the restaurant called us every morning to ask us if we wanted breakfast delivered to our room as they realized we hadn’t come down. Absolutely amazing attention to detail! The grounds are absolutely spectacular and the views are just stunning! Incredible place - we will be back! "

"This is one of the most special properties we have stayed at. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and helpful from transportation to dining recommendations. We had a view of the valley from our deck that was breathtaking! The room itself was spacious, including the bathroom.The breakfast was plentiful with made to order coffee and the staff were on top of refilling the food and so polite! "

"This hotel was gorgeous! I didn't know if it would live up to the pictures online but it exceeded them. The views are spectacular! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautiful. Convenient free parking. The staff was very gracious and welcoming. I would absolutely go back! "
