"We loved our four night stay at Irene's guest house. It was the perfect spot for taking day trips visiting the wonderful towns of Tuscany. We especially liked the full kitchen and large, comfortable rooms. Swimming in the heated pool was a great way to end a long day of sightseeing and exploring the region. "This is a beautiful apartment on the edge of a small town called Castelnuovo dell’Abate. It's not in Montalcino, but a short drive to it. We stayed here because we were visiting a few wineries close by. When staying in a small Tuscan town, it's best to look for a place like this that's right on the edge. She prepared us with lots of details and recommendations for things to do nearby. We had some questions during our stay and Erika was very responsive.
