"The SIGNATURE customer service and professionalism exhibited by the staff at the Terra Nova is extremely high and commendable. We plan to make this venue our GODSU UNIVERSITY's home away from home for conferences, conventions, business and leisure travel. The leadership of the newly appointed General Manager Mr. Miguel Arthurs is embedded in the elevated spirit and service we experienced from the hotel staff. We were extremely pleased with the amenities including the pool, jacuzzi, breakfast area, bedroom, gym, all the finishing touches this exclusive experience at the Grand Terra Nova Hotel in Kingston, Jamaica. We especially enjoyed the warm smiles and infectious hospitality. We shall return very soon! "
