"TV was horrible to operate. Hotel room was very outdated. I requested a lower room close the elevator and accessible for my elderly parent and did not receive that; in fact, the room was the furthest from the elevator. I wasn't aware that there wasn't daily cleaning service. We did call and ask for clean towels and refresh of coffee and they did bring it up right away."

"Enjoyed our stay but had no idea it was associated with time share. I don’t like being asked to participate in a 90 min meeting when I’m on vacation. Felt obligated so I signed up for it which was $40. They told me it would be refunded if I cancelled which I did but I have yet to receive a notification that I’ve been refunded "

"Great location, very clean. Pools and hot tubs were conveniently located. The ones in the front of the resort were very clean and well kept. The ones in the back part of the resort were a little less well maintained. (Dirt in pool bottom,etc). Staff was very responsive to needs. I would recommend leaving a few more bath towels, as we had to request them multiple times. Started out with three towels for four people, and we were staying five days. It was a bit annoying to have to get the time...

"Very friendly we had an awesome stay. We enjoyed the pool and activities as well as the site seeing we done. Close to the things we wanted to do while we was there. The room was amazing we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend any one to stay here. We will definitely stay here on our next vacation to Tennessee. "

"This was a resort that sold timeshares, BUT we didn't know that. During the check-in process, the receptionist said she couldn't program our keys so we had to go to the other side of the lobby to get the keys programmed by someone else.
