"My family (husband, me and two adult sons) & German Shepherd stayed here over Thanksgiving. Great location, lane is a bit washed out, but driveway to the house was great. Cottage was cozy and well stocked. Great appliances, great stock of pans, cookware, utensils. Very nice layout - the upstairs with two beds and the downstairs with one. "My wife and I arrived for a 3 night stay on Sunday afternoon. Upon arriving we noticed this was more than just a cabin. The lodge is nestled between the mountains in the valley surrounded by trees. Entering the lodge we were greeted with stunning amenities and a well thought out Christmas theme. The inside was spotless. Very spacious with 5 bedrooms. It was so peaceful you can hear a pin drop. David and Rosa have the cleanest home that’s such an easy drive right into Huntingdon. The beds were super comfortable and left plenty of room for our family of four adults. We had some trouble with the door keypad, but David was responsive and got us squared away ASAP. I absolutely recommend this as a cozy, clean place that’s convenient to everything. "Nice place. Clean, old style authentic cabin in a nice location between Huntingdon and lake Raystown. Great for mountain biking weekend being only 4-5 miles from the main trailhead. Great deck area. Nothing fancy and maybe not beautiful place but just what you need to get away. Host is quick to respond to any text questions. "

"We stayed here while waiting to move into a new house. The house was clean and had plenty of room for my family of 6. The house was set back a bit from amenities,however this made it very peaceful. The host was very accommodating allowing other family to visit us. The host was also quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. This house will be a place we will continue to stay when visiting family."
