"We went for a quick getaway, and are already planning a longer trip back with our kids. The staff were so helpful (we forgot all our toiletries) and the setting was gorgeous. It’s a lodge in a national park, not a luxury retreat in Aspen, so accommodations fit the setting, but all in all we were really happy. The only ding is that the mattress wasn’t *great* but we were fine. "

"A lovely getaway at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Very relaxing and enjoyable - the staff was beyond accommodating and friendly as well. Dinner at the restaurant was equally as enjoyable. The hostess and Chef made it a wonderful experience and meal. A quiet getaway. We’ll go back. "

"Upon arrival we enjoyed a wonderful greeting and tour from Hayden. The property was everything we were looking for in a getaway stay. All of the staff throughout our stay made us feel very welcome. The dining experience was fantastic. I'm not sure I will ever order duck again unless Chef Dane is in the kitchen and the dining staff for the evening made sure we were taken care of. "We had a wonderful time at Jen & John’s cottage! It was so peaceful and relaxing and they are wonderful hosts. They gave us a tour of their farm property and let us feed and play with their farm animals. We got to hear all about them and that was such a treat! They have a little cute market with so many locally sourced goodies. The property is secluded but also near several breweries/wineries which were fun! Jen wa super nice and knowledgeable and gave us a map of all of the nearby places. We...

They anticipated all of our needs and went above and beyond in everything. We stayed at the Inn one time and - no joke - the service at the White Moose was better. Experts in their field!
