"We stayed in a partial view room which had a lovely view of the mountains. The hotel itself was nice and fun for the whole family. The food was decent from the restaurants on site and were extremely convenient for us if you ignore how expensive it was. The hotel is only like a 2min drive from the attractions but the trolly picks up at the hotel so you don’t have to drive anywhere. The pool was awesome for the kids, however be prepared to scrape your knees on the bottom of the pool if you use...

"This was an amazing stay in Gatlinburg! We are already looking forward to our next stay here. The room was excellent! Perfectly clean and up to-date. The bathroom was huge as well as the shower itself. We had no problem sleeping in the very comfortable bed. Everything you need is right on the property or a very short walk. This is a great place to stay conveniently located at the beginning of the Gatlinburg strip near the aquarium. "

"This is a good value for your money. The hotel is right off the main road, it is just behind a few buildings so it doesn’t look like the most visually appealing area. But you can walk to a lot of attractions and everything else is a close drive. The rooms were clean overall and the housekeeping staff brought us fresh towels every day. "The property itself was BEAUTIFUL. Very clean and it was walkable to the Gay Street and Old City areas which is what we wanted as we were celebrating a birthday. Our biggest hiccup was involving parking. You have to park, go into the building and enter the room and find a garage remote (it wasn’t located where our instructions told us so we panicked for a minute), then go back and get your car and then you can enter the garage. "Maria was great in keeping an open communication throughout the days before and during the stay making the planning of what stuff to bring, check in and check out process a breeze. Although the cabin is a little hard to locate(would not recommend going the first time in the dark), was a great place to stay with all spices and necessities included and pizza, coffee and deli places nearby. Overall we had a great time at the cabin. Would definitely recommend."
