I got there before checkin but was provided with parking and late at night I was finally able to check in (after an event I attended) when the lot was almost full they helped me find a parking spot that worked out great. The free parking and walkability to the waterfront park were a huge benefit and every interaction with the staff was enjoyable and helpful."
