"Over all a great place, I only rate it 4 stars because the air/heat unit was set so if would turn off and on every 2 minutes or so. Which made it hard to sleep. Eventually we set it to just blow on the “fan” option as recommended by the front desk, but as it was 30 degrees at night the heat would have been nice to have at night but it wasn’t the end of the world. We were brought fresh towels on the second day of our stay which was nice. "

"More like a motel than a hotel. However, Pine Bluff is small therefore their worldview is limited to what an actual hotel is. This was Homecoming weekend and accommodations were limited. Not the worst and far from the best. Keep your expectations low and you will be fine."

"Our arrival was to a fantastic house with a plenty of space for everyone. The home was Very clean and one of the most spacious houses with everything we needed to be comfortable. It was the best house we have stayed in, all made the same compliments.
