The check in was fine, but now a 50.00 required incidental deposit is imposed. The ruin had no trash bag liners in cans. Remote did not work for tv. The room was handicap accessible but only the light switches and a/c controls were lower. Just really disappointing how poor it is already. Won't be back.
Check in around midnight about 3 am the fire alarm started chirping. Called front desk she moved us to another room. Lady at front desk was very sorry for the inconvenience. But all in all this is a great hotel.
The employees were very helpful and courteous. The first room we got had a piece of carpet that could have been a hazardous situation, the young man in the reception changed us to a better room without hesitation.
On the way back home we stayed there again, the first room we got was dirty, again, the other young man who helped us was very concerned about it and changed the room right away.
Both of them were polite and efficient in doing their job.
I will stay there again if needed.
We use this one on the way to see the dolphins in Alabama every year. The staff is excellent!

First I have to say that Ralph was very courteous and polite helping us check in and solving a problem we had with the room. He checked us in to room 127 which was a bit smelly and part of the carpet was loose. I mentioned to him we were afraid to trip and fall at night and he immediately changed us to a better room. He was always smiling and willing to help. The second room was alright, I appreciate your good service. Thanks! We will be staying here again next week in our way back home!
