"Oh my goodness. This place is so beautiful. We were in the room with the balcony and we could have hung around forever. We would go back, even though there were 53 stairs up to the room. Communication was tricky as Elaina was sending us messages, but our phones weren’t working. We learned to use “what’s app”. I suggest you do the same."

Our host Rebecca was absolutely amazing, she helped us in many ways - including recommendations and helping us with which passes to buy to explore the towns. "Great location between Corniglia and Manarola. Hotel perched up 1,000 ft above sea level and you can see down coast to Monterosso. Removed from noise of towns: quiet stay, amazing breakfast, friendly and accommodating staff and free shuttle to town hourly. Careful on walk to Corniglia: it’s an Indiana Jones trail-steep, rocky, and scary. On site small cafe with food and drinks! 👍👍. Neptune statue from Monterosso. Trail pics hotel to Corniglia. "Incredible hostess, took very good care of us. The bathroom was very clean and updated, best shower I had in Italy. Breakfast was great, they take your order the night before so as not to waste food. Would definitely stay there again if visiting Cinque Terre."

"We loved our stay here! The room is very spacious and has a large balcony where we enjoyed our breakfast each morning. The room also has closet space with hangers, a mini fridge, and a hair dryer. The free breakfast has lots of great options including any type of coffee you'd like! If you are not very mobile, this is not the hotel for you (and possibly not the city for you). Getting to the center of the town requires you to go up/down a very steep hill, and depending on what floor you're on there are a decent amount of steps to your room. Google Maps will take you a longer way to get to the hotel, read your email the day before your stay because they emailed out directions for an easier route. The concierge was very helpful with a lot of recommendations for us."

"Beautiful location, restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Lots of stairs on the property. Had a toy room and playground that our toddler loved. Easy to take the bus to Riomaggiore (10 min ride, 2.50 Euro per person)"

"Very nice and clean, room is small but that’s to be expected in Europe if your custom to the US. The room could use a shelf in the bathroom to put your stuff when getting ready. Refrigerator in room is nice and works well. Very pleased with the accommodations "
