The "Red Rooster Inn" (with a separate entrance) is a private studio perfectly appointed with everything needed on a large property. The very quiet location is minutes from the heart of Scottsdale shopping and dinging. Susan, the owner, is the perfect host. So welcoming, the perfect amount of communication and wants you to have use of the wonderful pool, outdoor kitchen and grounds all to yourself. I...

"We have no complaints about the property itself. Also there were no problems with neighbors. However the property next door to the east is very poorly maintained. There were several cars and car parts strewn all over the front yard and the property itself looks run down. Also the police showed up to the property one evening during our stay. That does not make one feel very safe. But again we had no interaction with those neighbors. a"
