Staff was great location is good right off the freeway. The hotel itself looked clean, but once you got to your floor, like the elevator was really old and not clean the rug on the floor was extremely stained dirty. However, the room was clean so it was a good experience overall.

A great property with a convenient location and friendly staff. The location does make it a little noisy right next to the 101. Rooms are nice and serve a great purpose. Nice little breakfast options too.

My family and i stayed here since it was close to our sports tournament was being held so we pretty much only slept in the room. We booked this hotel since the trading started excellent by others. Upon were welcomed by a really bad smell, and I felt sorry for the cleaning service person who was cleaning that horrible mess, most likely left by a guest. Front desk apologized for the scene. The key card and scanner had a hard time reading our room key and had to swipe it several times before the did would unlock. Our room had a weird smell as well that seemed to be covered by cleaning products. We weren't able to shower in the morning since the stopper in the shower/bath faucet head broke off and maintenance couldn't repair until an hour or so later so we checked out earlier than planned. Breakfast was minimal and show juice was very water down. Overall it was a place to lay our heads down and close to our tournament venue but not planning on staying again.

We had a nice room and the person at check-in was polite and efficient. Though nice, the room was a bit dated and some of the furniture was a little frayed, but overall a pleasant and comfortable room.

Friendly accommodating staff. Clean upgraded rooms. Comfortable bedding. Pillows could use some upgrades and that’s about the only negative I can think of. Hot and cold breakfast with eggs, sausages, waffles as well as cereal and yogurt. Would stay again.
