"Lovely hotel with amazing views but steep ramps and stairs, and no lifts, could make it challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Staff super helpful. Didnt like the stained sheets - please throw them out and buy new ones!"

"The rates on website was higher than asked to be paid on the desk. The staff cannot speak english so if you cannot speak spanish dont even try Wifi dose not reach the rooms and most communal zones. Breakfast is very pour and if you wont be there very early you wont find clean table, plates, or some food would run out of stock. Overall, the place is not bad to saty, the rooms and the pools are good but for this prices you can get better options around."

"The best view of Villa La Angostura. Family of 5 stayed at a deluxe cabin with a view. Very clean, excellent location if you rent a car, modern and spacious cabin. It had all kitchen utensils and appliances needed for a very comfortable stay. Absolutely recommend! "

"El hotel es hermoso. Habitación moderna y cómodisima con jacuzzi para 2 personas funcionando perfectamente. Vistas hermosas al bosque. La piscina con una temperatura perfecta caliente súper disfrutable. Desayuno justo. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. Tienen algunos muy pequeños detalles a corregir de mantenimiento: alguna cortina rota, extractores de baño no funcionaban, TV con mala señal y alguna luz quemada. "

"We stayed here for a weekend trip to explore the area. The staff were very friendly, the only downside food is not allowed in the room. However the hotel restaurant is pretty good. At check-in our room did not have any towels, we were told it was in the wash. A couple hours later we still didn’t have any towels so when my husband attempted to ask the front desk, there was no one there and he just helped himself to the pool towels that were sitting on their counter. "The property is very new, but we believe that they are falling behind on maintenance and cleaning. My wife noted that the floors were dirty, something that had to be pointed out to me. The breakfast is a bread basket with instant coffee that doesn’t arrive until after 8:30am (earliest). We chose the location BC breakfast was included. Looking back we would have done better by bringing a loaf of brand Nescafe. That way we could have been out hiking by 7 or 8 am instead of 9 or 10 am. Leaving...

"One of the greatest views in the world. The activities and services provided by the hotel, were A .The quality of food vs the price, except for the scrumptious breakfast (a real treat), left much to be desired. The Patagonia Restaurant should offer a better selection and can do a lot better (especially if the regular restaurant is closed for special events). Otherwise, the stay was superb and the landscape unbelievable! Would love to return."

Beautiful place

"The hotel was beautiful, located right on the lake. Our room was really nice, but the bathroom ceiling was old and crumbling, and the blinds were broken. There was also smell of sewage during the night. We mentioned this to the receptionist and she changed our rooms by the third night and offered us a free dinner at the restaurant as a compensation. The second room was lovely. The pool could use a clean up. But overall the experience was lovely and we got engaged there so we have a special place for this hotel in our memory now:)"
