"This was our second time staying at one of Ernie's properties. We cant say enough great things about our stay. This is a delightful little house/cottage. Full kitchen & bathroom. Quaint living room and large king bedroom. Fully stocked & with many furnishings, extra towels, bedding & toiletries. There is a really cool little hot tub for a late afternoon soak. "Beautiful little home just outside the town of Rincón. Just a short few minute drive to the town center, this place was perfect for our family group of nine people stay for 2 days while visiting the area. The air conditioning worked great in all of the bedrooms. There were also towels and beach toys for us to utilize while there. Loved this spot!"

"The location on the beach is terrific, enabling an easy day on the sand. The nearby restaurants were great, with good food and delightful staff. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed safe. Rincon was a short drive away and was nice to go to, especially for the Art Walk on Thursday evening. We did some scuba diving and horseback riding in the area too. The house was comfortable but not luxurious. Our 8 family members enjoyed cooking on the first level (we didn't use the other 2 kitchens) and...

"We had a great stay at Casa D'Palma. The set-up of the house was perfect for our group because it allowed everyone to have some of their own private space while also having gathering spaces that were large enough for everyone to be together for meals and hanging out. The house is clean and well stocked with kitchen gear and things you will need for the beach and pool. The host was very responsive to our requests for assistance with issues. We would definitely visit again!"

Main room had AC but just a fan for the other two spaces. Would be good to split with a friend/couple. Perfect location from beaches and city center. Make sure you have a rental car!"
