"This little gem is literally on the waters edge. It is a beautiful beach! Sunset is exquisite!!! Cozy place to stay and thoughtfully stocked. The staff were so sweet and helpful. I absolutely loved staying here! There are a couple chickens who got rowdy in the night 😂 "

"Incredible sunsets from the room. Very clean and comfortable. Exactly as advertised, charming decor and friendly staff. Within walking distance to the beach house restaurant, calypso restaurant. Maria’s surf break, Steps beach for snorkeling. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful time and the family restaurant in town is a favorite from past visits. There are donkeys in the field across the way which are adorable and a fantastic walking trail that was a great way to spend some time out of direct sun but still in nature. Family friendly with some of the larger rooms. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe at this property. I will definitely be visiting again! "

"You cannot beat the location and the set up of this property! When you check-in, the lobby opens directly to a view of the ocean. You've got pool, restaurant, beach, lawn, and sun deck all within one area with plenty of spots under cover so you can enjoy the beautiful weather without being in the sun! We were able to easily walk to many places to eat and drive up to other beaches to explore. The hotel did have live music, which was fun, but our room was close to the stairs and it was very loud- so I recommend ear plugs. But other than that I highly recommend staying here- would stay again!"

"This place is the BEST. I've been back numerous times. Right on the water's edge with a beautiful patio to watch the sunset and calm seas with hardly any waves; prefect for a relaxing vacation. The staff is awesome and so attentive; the place is spotless every time I've come. Everyone I've met while staying there is so nice and has also come back multiple times to the same spot. Its not fancy and there are no frills but that's the beauty of it! "

"Hotel is 4 km from Rincon. We enjoyed staying in the rainforest. Our upgrade had a beautiful balcony that looked over the pool and sunset. Ode to Elephants, Thai restaurant on site, was very good. Room was pleasant and service excellent. We loved our stay."

"Buena propiedad, el cuarto muy limpio, se rompió la cerradura de la puerta y me quedé encerrado dentro del cuarto un tiempo, pero le staff resolvió la situación rápidamente, lo único es que después de las 9pm estás prácticamente solo en la propiedad y todo cierra temprano, buena suerte si puedes conseguir a alguien tienes una emergencia."
