"After a horrible hotel stay, we were so relieved to find this amazing home in the west of Puerto Rico. It was everything we hoped for immaculately clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The space was thoughtfully set up, making it easy to settle in and truly enjoy our time. The location was also perfect not too far from everything but peaceful enough to fully take in the local vibe. If you want to experience what living in Puerto Rico’s west side is really like, this spot is definitely a vibe....

"Highly recommend this property! The owner Raul was extremely welcoming and very nice, unit was very clean and comfortable for the family. The property was well kept and the pool area was relaxing with grills ready if needed. We enjoy and definitely returning!"

"Pros: Good location 3 minutes to the Montones beach, easy check in/out, air conditioned. Cons: No smoke or carbon monoxide detector. "According to the 2018 Puerto Rico Fire Code, smoke detectors are required in all residential occupancies (Group R) and must be installed in accordance with the International Fire Code (IFC) standards, meaning at least one smoke detector should be placed inside each bedroom, outside each sleeping area,""

"Absolutely perfect. Of the three places we stayed over this trip, all very lovely, this was our favorite. The hosts were so kind and we felt so comfortable due to all the amenities and details they thought of and had available. The property is adorable and comfortable, open air living for us at this time of year. Was quiet. Location was perfect, lovely beach, delicious local restaurants and cute locally owned shops all within walking distance. We avoid chains and try to support local so this fit...

"We loved the house and the property. The house was very nice and the property great for our family. The property is large without outdoor activities including pool table, pool and basketball court and plenty of places to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Puerto Rico also experienced an island-wide power outage during our stay and the home has a whole-home generator so we were not impacted other than loss of Wifi, which was minor compared to how many others were impacted. "

"We (5 surfers) rented the property the first week of Feb 2023 and were extremely disappointed with the condition. Mainly, there was mold throughout the house with the lower level bedroom blinds covered in it. As such, no one felt comfortable staying in those rooms to the point where we had two people sleeping on the floor on the second floor living room (which also has mold on the blinds). In addition, the bedroom/bathroom that is accessible through its own door smelled awful. We considered this...

"What a great place to stay. Cozy and comfortable with all the amenities you need and right in front of the beach. You hear the sound of the waves day and night which is delightful. We were also very close to family. We will definitely stay here again."

"This place was tucked into a cute town on the surfing side of the island. Incredible beach step from the door for morning coffee. Walk to dinner or drinks. I highly recommend. We had my spouse and I, 3 teens (2 boys 1 girl). We were all pretty comfy. "

"First - the photos of this property are great but, don't give this beautiful property any justice. We were in a different world perched up overlooking Anasco with the ocean in the background. We shut off the a/c's and opened up the windows and doors. The home was so clean that we dropped our shoes at the door and were able to walk barefoot. "They need to pay attention to the little things. The curtain in our room was broken and would not close so as a result the morning sun would hit us right in the face upon sunrise. Most of the usb outlets did not work, the bathroom outlet was loose so if you tried to unplug your cable the complete outlet would come out of the wall, the furniture in the room was stained nasty looking. In the master bathroom you could see the holes where the old light fixtures used to be, the lamp shade next to my bed completely fell off because it was broken..the sheets and towels had a very bad smell, they should change what there using to wash there sheets and towels, for the prices they charge they should pay attention to these things, i think people would be alot happier. I will not stay there again because the price doesn't match what you get. It cost us over 1k for 4 nights..not worth it although the staff was AWSOME !! i was embarrassed for them. "
