"Overall this is a great place and very convenient for going to Shenandoah. The only aspect where I thought things were lacking was the cleaning, as there was a bag of trash left hanging from the door and there was no shampoo. I didn’t discover the missing shampoo until it was too late to do anything about it, which was unfortunate because I really wanted to wash my hair."

"It’s a roadside motel. Extremely cheap. For the price- it was excellent. Beds comfortable enough. Not enough towels. No toiletries besides soap. NO COFFEE MAKER. That was strange. BUT the room was big and had fridge and microwave. Overall very happy. "

"My husband and I both loved this property. The location was absolutely beautiful. The set up of the house was sweet and very quaint for the 2 of us. Everything we needed was provided for cooking and linens so we didn't have to worry about packing those things. The only issue we did have was a bit of cleanliness. "This is the perfect place if you want true solitude in the mountains yet you'd like to run out for lunch or dinner without driving an hour! Such a peaceful location with mountain views--and going into Luray was a breeze (we highly recommend West Main Deli & Beer Garden . . . the food, drinks & atmosphere were wonderful!).
