"The rooms were on two flights of stairs which were not pointed out to us in their advertisement, in spite of handicap space reserved in front of their entrance. No ramp to the front door, nor to the second floor. We are in our mid nighties and to walk fifteen floors to our room, was beyond our capabilities. No elevators or ramps!! Would never recommend this establishment. "
