This turned out better than we expected! We chose it for its proximity to McGill McDonald campus, but benefited from a large, comfortable room, excellent staff, and a handy EV charger for the car. There is also a decent fitness room, a good sized pool and hottub, and a couple of saunas.

Stayed here before, the room is very comfortable. The cleaning staff on the other hand make some interesting decisions that leave one wondering how high they were at the time of the room cleaning. They threw out items belonging to us, left cleaning products in the room & did not refill coffee pods or cups.

I liked it was very near the highway. I disliked the price, especially due to the dirty condition the room was in. Also, they did not offer lotion in the rooms, neither did the room service have any lotion in their carts, I had to get it from the front desk.

We have stayed two nights at this hotel. We had multiple issues 1. The fridge was not working in the room and had water condensation and mold. I went and complained this we had to move out from the room 2. Next day house keeping did not clean up the room. They did not even pick up the garbage or even change toils or make up the bed When I asked the reception they told me it’s the hotel policy not to clean the rooms. Very bad costumer service

worst hotel ever, lights in room would not go off unless every light [and power source] was turned off so one could not read t bedside or charge a cell phone as you only had one choice which was turnoff all lights and power in the room off or turn on every light and power source on [which means you have bright lights above your bed or you need to turn all lights on to go to the bathroom,,,that was the worst night we have ever spent in a hotel ever we left the hotel at about 2 in the morning as we were unable to sleep due to the ridiculous , inconvenient stupid annoying lighting system I would warn travellers not to stay in this hotel if your goal is to sleep
