"This property is older than some, but very well maintained. The grounds are beautiful and the fact that it is right by the river is an added bonus. The sitting area outside by the river with the hot tub is peaceful and relaxing. The hairdryer in my room did not work, and there was no soap in the shower. Also, the TV was very confusing to operate. In spite of these things I loved staying there and would again."

"A prior review said it best, "its a hidden gem in Telluride". The property couldn't be better located within town. It has plenty of parking, close to the gondola, and is the perfect walking distance from everything. The lodging is no frills, but is clean, well kept, comfortable, safe, and loaded with friendly staff. We don't travel to sit in our room so the accommodations were perfect and couldn't have asked for anything more. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Telluride."

"It’s a great cheap option in a very expensive town. Liked the mini kitchen and had all the basics - plates, toaster, microwave, silverware. Location was super convenient in town. Quiet at night. Parking was easy. Overall we’d stay there again!"

"The location was nice and next to eiver which was lovely. Rhere is a community bathroom which was tougher to get into at high usuage times because it also has a shower. It was a very clean unit, but I drove for several hours and the upper bunk was a little stiff for my lower back. But overall it was nice. The unit has a fridge, freezer, heater and microwave."

"This is a great spot! Ella (owner) is a class act. She is so engaging and is a wonderful story teller! Read Ella's description. It is glamping in a secluded spot yet still convenient for day trips to Telluride, Ouray, Silverton and tons of prime hiking and off roading close by. Save your money and stay here. You will never hear silence or see the stars like this place!"
