"The only issue we had was that when we arrived it was extremely hot in the home and the air conditioners (window units) were also on. When we tried to turn the heat down, the thermostat was locked. I went back and forth with the property owner and he finally unlocked the thermostat remotely so we could adjust it. I've never experienced that before. "

"It is an old house, as stated in the ad. Some rooms had bad smell, especially the BR in the basement. Lots of room for everything. We had minor plumbing and electrical issues. Some of the bedrooms were inter connected, had privacy issues. Disappointed with the pool, as it was not clean despite the efforts from two people who came to clean it. Overall it was good!"

"Giggling Creek Cottage is exactly what you see and read. Directions for arrival were on point and the cottage and property is very well lit in this beautiful rural area. Our check in and all communication was seem less with zero issues. This home away from home had everything you needed and could want and made our stay that much better. The property was so nice and we did take a hike through the woods and pasture and enjoyed the perfect weather we had. So if you’re looking for a private piece...
