"We enjoyed our stay at Royal Dunes. The condo was very spacious and bright. We had plenty of room for a family of six. We appreciated the three large bathrooms with accessibility features. The kitchen was a nice size and adequately stocked. Though could have used a bit more silverware. We enjoyed the pool and the easy walk to the beach!! Thank you for a wonderful stay! "

"We noticed this was a new listing so we were hesitant at first as there was only one review. Turns out we were the second group to stay here and it was the best choice we could've made in selecting a vacation home to stay at. The place was clean, recently updated, beautiful touches and decorations, and the view of the Atlantic was perfect! Daphne was a pleasure to deal with gave us all the info we needed to know for our stay. We will definitely be back and would recommend this to anyone looking...

"Positive Start: Stellar location in central location in Savannah. Equi-distant to waterfront and interior parks. The photos of the apt are totally misleading though. It’s like a hostel in a railroad apartment. No windows in bedrooms and whole apartment smelled of mildew. The roof deck is not connected to apartment and was filthy. I would. It recommend cooking food on those grills. Disgusting and falling apart furniture. Finally the management company never sent us access codes for check-in...
