"Our host was great. The condo was beautiful. Great views, very clean & comfortable. But the racquetball club/ HOA rules were ridiculous. No smoking/ vaping anywhere on the property. Not even outside. If you rent a golf cart, you cannot bring it on the property. You have to park it down the road and walk back to the condo. We ordered pizza to be delivered and had to meet the delivery driver at the gate because food delivery is not allowed on the property. I highly recommend our host but not this...

"We were able to walk to all the best points of interest. Parking was a challenge arriving on Sunday afternoon in a busy tourist area. It would be a good idea to give directions to the parking lot on Whitaker Street which is very close. "We highly recommend Julie’s condo on Coligny Beach. As first time visitors, the location on the island couldn’t be better. Shops, restaurants, bars and beach are right out the door. The unit is beautifully appointed and well equipped. There is a lovely ocean view off the balcony. We highly recommend renting bikes from Cross Island Bike company. We spent days 3 days exploring Hilton Head on bikes. The trails are everywhere. We will definitely be back."

"Stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday with my extended family of 15. Communication with the host was easy, the house was in excellent condition and the location right on the beautiful beach was a huge bonus. The house is huge but a funky layout. Only 6 of the bedrooms have bathrooms, because the master suite has 2 full Bathrooms. Would definitely suggest this house. Loved our stay. "
