"The property is really run down, Front Desk Staff was great; the Cook in the Kitchen however was rude. Same food was done for Breakfast every day they need to change it up. "

"The room was extremely humid. There was no ventilation in the bathroom / shower. The water was dripping from the windows. The help desk sent an engineering team to check. All they did was turn the heat down to 60s, so the room didn’t feel humid. On a piece of paper they wrote, they fixed the problem. We were offered another room, but given our short stay, and the fact that we were told other rooms were the same, we decided to stay. Hopefully the problem can get fixed for the future guests. "
