"Property under renovation construction and is active throughout the day. Elevator, hallway, and ice machine area had debris and workers during daylight hours. The hotel was good otherwise and this didn’t effect our stay but didn’t know when I made our reservation only when we checked in. "

"Every staff member we came in contact with was super nice in a very genuine way. The bar staff, Jeanne, is the perfect balance between kind and funny. We enjoyed two nights at the bar while she was working. We were very impressed that she remembered us a couple nights after the first time we met her. "

"Wonderful stay here. Clean comfortable room; fantastic front desk personnel; free happy hour with beer, wine & spirits. Free breakfast. Had a great strip steak dinner. Excellent food. Definitely stay here if traveling to or through the Richmond/Henrico area. "
