"The manager was super nice and accommodating! She made sure me and my dog were taken care of. Can’t remember her name right now but she definitely runs the place! Everyone I’ve met that works here was also super sweet and cool as well. There is a younger girl who works during the day who is so sweet and she definitely makes my life easier when paying the stay over fee thing. I just so happened to see her mom as well, who is hilarious. I’ve stayed at a bunch of places in Jacksonville where the staff was rude, rooms were gross, and the price was much higher than this. For the price you’re not going to get a better quality stay in Jacksonville. Don’t see why anyone would go anywhere else! 😭👎"
