"Beautiful home on the beach. The community pool, (shared by only a few houses) was clean an open at the end of April. The property manager was very easy to work with and let me and my friends check in by 12:30. There were 3 bedrooms that were oceanfront with balconies. A great place with lots of space for a group of 8 friends."

"I really appreciated how flexible the owner Melanie was; my family was traveling in from out of state for a retirement on base and we had a mixup in the dates and she went above and beyond to make it work. The home is so spacious and well laid out and the street is very private and quiet while being so close to things.. I will definitely be booking again! "

"The manager was super nice and accommodating! She made sure me and my dog were taken care of. Can’t remember her name right now but she definitely runs the place! Everyone I’ve met that works here was also super sweet and cool as well. There is a younger girl who works during the day who is so sweet and she definitely makes my life easier when paying the stay over fee thing. I just so happened to see her mom as well, who is hilarious. I’ve stayed at a bunch of places in Jacksonville where the staff was rude, rooms were gross, and the price was much higher than this. For the price you’re not going to get a better quality stay in Jacksonville. Don’t see why anyone would go anywhere else! 😭👎"
