"Claudio our host was responsive and very helpful. Excellent customer service and location was perfect and centralized to entire part of the island. She was very kind and had many suggestions to help make our vacation a spectacular experience. "We had a wonderful stay with our our 2-year old! Communication was great throughout and we were even able to check in a little bit early. The location is perfect and it feels very safe. "Beautiful apartment. Really large and well organized. Beautiful ceilings, deck outside to eat and lounge chair to relax, even had a reading nook with pillows, really cute. "We really enjoyed our stay, and the view of the apartment and the host was super helpful and responsive with several questions we had along the way. The only reason for a 4 rating was the floor wasn't super clean (the rest was) and it was a particularly hot week late July/early August and we found the apartment very hot and hard to cool down, even with fans. Beautiful Terra Nostra Garden Hotel

"This hotel is an amazing place with a world class Botanical Garden attached and beautiful thermal baths throughout, guests have 24 hour access to both. They have an indoor pool steam and dry sauna. The staff is very well trained and for the most part local. Everything for the client! The restaurant is 4 star and the breakfast extensive and delicious. We came to have lunch 6 months ago and vowed to come stay the next time we flew to Portugal. Well worth the trip and it will not be our last. "

"It was a nice property but a little far from the City Gates, you had to walk past a large construction site and it was a narrow walkway. The breakfast was good however, it never varied - everything was the same each and every day. I felt like the servers only were gracious when they received a tip."
