"We thourougly enjoyed our stay La Pirogue Mauritius. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The beach in front was amazing. Open buffet offered a selection of local and international dishes, and were freshly prepared and tasty. Overall, if we ever go back to Mauritius, staying here again has a high possibility. "The property gardens are stunning. The food, even if they did not have a vast selection, was amazing. The rooms could use a renovation. Nothing was broken or anything, but you could see the wear and tear on the furniture."

"Absolutely loved everything about the JW Marriott Le Morne! The setting is dreamy, the sea is so transparent, the staff is kind, caring and efficient. The rooms and common areas/restaurant are so tastefully decorated. I rate this hotel well above some more famous Mauritian establishments, such as Le St Geran. When in Mauritius, I will always go back to this hotel. Thanks for making our stay a truly memorable one!!!!"

"Clean rooms, good range of food options which includes being able to dine at the golf club, neighbouring hotels and beach club (car shuttle from reception included). Kids pool heated and we needed it for an October trip. "

"Had a really great two weeks here at Le Telfair. Spa facilities were excellent. I have enjoyed the best massage and reiki treatments. Staff here work hard and are always friendly and helpful. We have loved it. "

"The beach & quiet pool were our favourite places to be. The food was delicious & such a variety, cooked to order. All the staff friendly & helpful. Guillaume was a terrific guide on our walk to Tamarin Bay. We would stay again."

"It's an older hotel that needs a renovation, although the room was very clean and tidy every day. Hotel offers a good variety of continental and exotic dishes to choose from. It would be good they provide water/tea as complimentary during dinner time. Staff was absolutely great, polite and heplful. "

"The staff at the venue made our holiday for us. My wife has a number of dietary requirements and the staff went out of their way to cater for her in all cases. Nothing was too much of a problem. It also helped that the room was stunning, as was the view and surroundings. It's a small hotel and if that's what you're looking for then it's perfect."

"Great apartment. Very quiet. Well maintained. Very helpful host. Regular cleaning. Only downside is it’s a bit of a walk to the beach/town but they do offer a shuttle if you need it. We had a hire car so it wasn’t really a problem. "

Hotel Riu Palace Mauritius - All Inclusive - Adults Only

5/5 Excellent

"Just the right amount of chill and optional activities. Only just over an hour from the airport. Beautiful sightseeing nearby and watersports. Very attentive staff. Great food and drink selection. Adults only was so worth it but still access to Turquoise hotel if needed. We didn't upgrade our room/view or pay for Elite but it was still lovely. Beach on the doorstep."

"Definitely a top hotel. Few comments. To give extra information for future guests about small downsides. No hot drinks at lunch and dinner. (It is possible in the various bars), breakfast we found open late 07h30. And yet quite a bit of construction debris (concrete blocks) on the beach and sunbed)"
