We had a wonderful time here for our honeymoon. The hotel and the views are stunning. The staff are so kind and can’t do enough for you. All the food is wonderful. Right on a white sandy beach. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel has been recently renovated and it has great facilities. The rooms are spacious and equipped with proper modern furniture and appliances. The territory is huge and green, and it is taken care of very well. There are plenty of pools, and the beach is very spacious. The service is excellent - all the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and happy to assist. The variety of food in the main restaurant is great and everything is fresh and delicious. A la carte restaurants (tried 4 of them) were absolutely amazing!

We had a wonderful 10 night stay at the hotel with the Junor Suites Elite Club service. The promises made in the preliminary description of the hotel and services were fully fulfilled. Very kind and professional staff, excellent restaurant service, great, comfortable and clean rooms. The pools, garden and beach are well maintained. As a regular and frequent traveler (more than 50 hotels), I don't know what to make of the blind, negative reviews I've read before. Maybe they weren't even in this hotel?! Amazing 8 night stay at RIU Palace. Complex is superb, clean and modern. Choice of food in buffet restaurant was excellent for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We went Elite Club and felt it was with the extra.

The hotel appeared to have been recently renovated. The room was spacious with an ocean view. The plants around the property were very well-maintained. The food was good with a nice variety. On the downside, it was clear that there was a lack of good management. During meals, the signs with the names of the dishes were often mixed up or missing.

Wonderful, brand new hotel. Hard working staff, great food. We felt Elite Club was worth the extra.....exclusive pool with plentiful Bali beds and its own bar serving food and upgraded drinks overlooking the sea, quiet and blissful. We didn't want to go home!

We went to the Riu Palace for our anniversary after being on Safari for a week in South Africa Feb 2025 We have stayed at Riu's in the past primarily in Mexico this is nothing like the Riu's in Mexico 1. Staff- they are not engaging at all it almost seems as you are an inconvenience to them with the exception of the bar Manager in the Lobby bar and the gentlemen working at the coffee bar in the lobby who were pleasant 2. The food was not good primarily heavy curry dishes which are ok but not twice a day for lunch and dinner , the a la cartes were impossible to get into the app didn't work went to the front desk to ask them with zero help we were able to sneak into the asian a la carte one evening the meal there was good but as for the buffet it is no where near the selection you would get if you were at an all inclusive in other destinations. 3 Entertainment- Pretty dull not what you would expect from a Riu which always puts on amazing theme parties etc the vibe at this resort was not very up beat much like the staff 4. THE POOL SUCKS the pool is heated but the weather was 35 degrees Celsius so the pool was not refreshing it was like getting in the hot tub. There is no pool side drink service so you have to walk over to the bar to get drinks when you want one not a huge deal but again for an all inclusive this should be standard Would save your money and book somewhere else we did the Maldives in 2023 and wish we would have went back there.

Nice hotel, lovely heated pool, good bartenders and some staff is great. However this does not include the front desk. We contunously got wrong answers to our questions and left the service desk more confused or with down right wrong info. This led to a lot of frustration. When asking for help with simple service actions such as booking airport transfer or send some bananas to our room as we would miss breakfast due to an excursion, they were not at all interested in helping and we were asked to sort it out ourselves. Additionally no one were at the front desk when we tried to check out despite agreeing on a time the previous evening. After waiting we had to leave for the airport.

Nicht leicht, eine passende Bewertung abzugeben. Die Hotelanlage ist sehr gut gelungen. Die öffentlichen Bereiche sind sehr ansprechend und der Zustand ist sehr gut. Als positiv hervorzuheben ist der Bereich um die Le Morne / Capu Bar. Ebenfalls ist der Service in den Restaurants als sehr freundlich und schnell zu bezeichnen. Die Reinigung des Zimmer wurde offenbar von unterschiedlichen Personen durchgeführt. Während eine Mitarbeiterin eine sehr gute Reinigung durchgeführt hat, war es an den Tagen, wo ein Mitarbeiter gereinigt hat, nur durchschnittlich sauber und aufgeräumt. Das AI Paket empfanden wir als ansprechend. Auch wenn sich Speisen im Buffet Restaurant wiederhofen, waren sie doch für ein Buffet Restaurant ansprechend, vielfältig und schmackhaft. Das inkludierte Getränkeangebot passt. Der Check-in nicht befriedigend. Es war relativ viel los und mehrere Gäste warteten auf ihre Zimmer. Der Rezeptionist unterbrach den Check-in Vorgang mehrmals, um sich "zwischendurch" um andere Gäste am Tresen zu bedienen, wodurch eine Diskretion bei der Anmeldung nicht wirklich gegeben war. Am Ende wurden einige Formalitäten vergessen wie z.B. das Aushändigen des AI Bands. Eine Frage beim Kundenschlalter zu Helikoperflug / Wasserflugzeug wurde mit einem Verweis auf google beantwortet. Eine Frechheit. Mit viel Mühe bekamen wir am letzten Abend einen Tisch im Krystal. Das Essen war top. Der Reserierungsvorgang eine Katastrophe. Eigentlich alles gut, aber das Hotel hat keine Seele.
