Quiet and respectful residence with mainly owners and long term tenants from who we spoke with. We were there for over a month, no issues and communication with the owner was quick and easy. "We had a wonderful week at the Veranda Tamarin. The room was quiet, spacious and well-equipped. The facilities were good; and there was a good choice of food and drink available. We opted for Bed & Breakfast package because we wanted to explore local restaurants and bars, but they also offer full board and all inclusive packages. The prices were very sensible. The staff were great, really friendly and helpful. My wife enjoyed a treatment in the spa, and we took part in a couple of Explorer activities which were organised by the hotel and operated by third parties. All very good and I would highly recommend this hotel. "

Holiday Inn Mauritius Mon Tresor, an IHG Hotel

"We only stayed for one night in transit on our way home to the U.S. as it was close to the airport, but we were very impressed with this property. The hotel was modern and the rooms were very spacious and clean. I enjoyed the small but well equipped gym and the lunch buffet was excellent; it was one of the best and most affordable meals that we had during our vacation. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this hotel. "

"Fabulous Resort. Truly felt like we were in paradise. All the staff were very polite and friendly - Tania at reception and Fazal at poolside. Food for breakfast was great especially enjoyed the addition of make your own juice. Buffet dinner at La Patio was good with different theme each night and Citronella restaurant was also very nice. Would definitely consider returning in the future. "

"Absolutely loved everything about the JW Marriott Le Morne! The setting is dreamy, the sea is so transparent, the staff is kind, caring and efficient. The rooms and common areas/restaurant are so tastefully decorated. I rate this hotel well above some more famous Mauritian establishments, such as Le St Geran. When in Mauritius, I will always go back to this hotel. Thanks for making our stay a truly memorable one!!!!"
