"Worked out well for us as we were working nearby at North Anna Nuc plant. House was great. Not much infrastructure in the area really have to go to Fredericksburg for restaurants bars and shopping. Owner was very nice and very attentive and reachable. Would definitely stay again"

The “double sided gas log fireplace” is not usable for guests. Huge bummer. "The cleaning crew was just finishing up as we arrived and they were so nice and, most importantly, very thorough with their cleaning. The view of the water was beautiful. The kitchen is the most fully-stocked kitchen we've ever experienced in a rental. We'd definitely come back."

"We rented this house for a trip with three different families. With six adults and 4 kids, we had plenty of room and lots to keep everyone busy and happy. The house is well stocked with everything we could need and the owner was very communicative throughout our entire stay. The location was also great, right on the water but with lots of privacy. It would be really fun in the summertime. I highly recommend!"

"What a gem Lake Anna is. We visited from PA and could not have been happier. The home was clean upon arrival and the kitchen had what we needed for the week. It was cozy and definitely shouted lake life. I loved the rooftop deck! We enjoyed the included kayaks. Grocery store was very close. We rented a boat, visited a winery, and enjoyed great food. The weather was sunny and warm, it was what our family needed. Thank you and we will be back. "

"This house was the perfect spot for our outing with friends and family. Very spacious with plenty of room for everybody! During our stay there was a slight issue, but the owner addressed it promptly and professionally, offering a partial refund as a resolution. We appreciated their responsiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction so much that I couldn’t bring myself to review it for anything below 5 stars. "Our Stay at Ken's Lake Anna home was perfect! The house is spacious, clean, and stocked with everything a family could want to have fun and also get some rest and relaxation. We brought our 16mo daughter and felt the house was very safe for her to run around .The close proximity to the beach and playground is a big bonus and the neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe. "Wow! We all had an amazing time at Cozycove. Our expectations were met and even exceeded beyond what we had imagined. This place is beautiful and truly has that cozy vibe, with a great waterfront and a lovely sandy beach. The free kayak and canoe were a fantastic bonus. We had an awesome time enjoying the hot tub, and the home had plenty of space. Our kids absolutely loved the basement, all the games, and more.
