"We had a wonderful week at the red neck yacht club! The house was so much fun with great decks to hang out on, tons of fun stuff to check out inside and plenty of room for the whole family. The house was well stocked with everything you would need and the host was super helpful can’t wait to come back."

"My husband and I stayed here for one night for a weekend trip to the national park and wish we could’ve stayed a bit longer! It was a cute little home. "Worked out well for us as we were working nearby at North Anna Nuc plant. House was great. Not much infrastructure in the area really have to go to Fredericksburg for restaurants bars and shopping. Owner was very nice and very attentive and reachable. Would definitely stay again"

"We enjoyed our stay for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was well stocked. We would return. Couple of small matters of critique: some electronics are outdated. There were satellite tv receivers, but no satellite tv (or at the very least, no instructions on how to use them). Many of the doors are "creaky" and some are hard to close and lock. Overall, a very nice house at a great location."

"The home was a wonderful place to rest after a cold day of hiking. It was immaculate and cozy! The kitchen had everything you could need and more. We had a small issue with the check in but Anna responded immediately and even drove over to make sure that everything was okay. We would definitely stay here again!"

"In general the property is nice and spacious. The location is great, the view is amazing. However there were a few things that overshadowed the good parts and thus will keep us from booking again. 1) the listing is not accurate. The “double sided gas log fireplace” is not usable for guests. Huge bummer. The kayak paddles were locked up, not sure if that was bc it’s not summertime or if there is some magic key we couldn’t locate. 2) the house was NOT clean when we arrived. There was so much dog...

"Property is wonderful. Lots of extras there to enjoy. The OWNERS have done an amazing job with this property. Vacasa system of a 1-800 # to get questions asked is beyond frustrating. They do not give you the local agents direct line until the day the rental starts. So many issues dealing with them. We love the house but may have second thoughts on renting any property mng by them in the future"

"We were in Culpepper for a family wedding. The reception was at the nearby country club, so the location was great. The kitchen was fully stocked, hot tub & grill worked great, loved ping pong table & fun things to do in the house. Enough room for everyone to space out & relax together. No ice maker so had to buy a bag of ice, but that was an easy solution!!!"
