The staff were great, the food was good, good prices for the food, the facility was very clean, the comp water bottles were nice, and the parking was convenient. Suggestions: 1.) tell people staying on the 2nd floor NOT to use the elevator near the restaurant side. It does NOT take them to their rooms. And this was not marked anywhere. 2.) Use TV remotes that are always backlit. Having remotes that are only activated...

"I stayed at Twin Gables when I attended a concert at Bearsville Theater. While the inn is fairly close to Bearsville, it is not walkable. What is walkable are many quaint shops and restaurants! My room was cute and comfortable. I appreciated the large bathroom and toiletries as well. Breakfast at the inn was a nice touch. I enjoyed talking with the innkeeper, who is fun and social. Excellent stay overall! "
