"This is a really nice hotel situated a 5 minute downhill walk from the train station and about ten minute slow walk from the centre of town. Staff were friendly, bedroom and all public areas were immaculately presented and its well situated for a twenty minute walk to the Feldschollsen brewery where you can go on a brewery tour. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends travelling through Basel as it is an easy 18minute train drive."

"We stayed for 3 nights in December, the breakfast was good and never busy, staff checking us in wet friendly and polite and spoke multiple languages. The areas itself is ok, it's near a tram stop into the centre of Basel and within close enough proximity to local amenities such as the Co-op to stock up on some essentials for cooking.
