"Very accommodating staff"

"Stayed in the junior suite and had breakfast included. Great spacious room. Buffet breakfast had it all including omelette and fried egg options. My only complaint was the trams run all night and are loud. Sometimes difficult sleeping."

It's in a well connected neighborhood in terms of public transportation, dining options both inside and outside the hotel. They store your luggage for any number of days and that's a huge benefit. All in all a fantastic experience. "

Lovely location with only a short walk to the centre (trams and buses stop outside the hotel if you do not wish to walk the short distance). "Conveniently located directly across from the train station. Our stay included complimentary passes to public transportation, with stops for the tram and bus just outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room was perfect for the two of us, with very comfortable beds and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will come back if we find ourselves in Basel again."
