"We booked this accommodation two days prior to arrival. We were running late as we stopped at the thermal pools and John called to check up on us. The check in was efficient and our room (#3) was excellent. Although we spend on one night there, it was a very comfortable stay. The location is great and we were able to enjoy the drone show and night market. Highly recommend this place."

"Wonderful stay in peaceful surroundings with a great view down into Rotorua. Close enough with a car to all the local attractions but far enough away from the busy town centre. Lovely breakfast, very comfortable room and even managed to find time for the hot tub! Would highly recommend! "

"This property had everything you could want. Like a mini apartment. Only stayed one night but wish we had more time. Very nice. Parking was difficult (small space), so we parked outside on grass area like many other larger vehicles. "
