"This is our go-to in Reno when visiting family. Great spa, great restaurants, and much less smoking than other casinos. My East coast husband loves the Manhattan deli and the 24 hour purple parrot. We had a delicious Xmas eve dinner at the Red Blossom. Great location in SW Reno, good price to value. "

"AMAZING HOTEL, AMAZING STAFF! My family and I have been here for a week and we just extended our stay for 4 more days. We just moved to the area and are waiting for our home to be ready. We arrived and realized the next morning the pull out couch was broken on the bottom and wouldn’t go back in the couch. The hotel gave us a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite for the remainder of our stay and for the extra days we booked! Breakfast is always wonderful and “social hour” is an added plus. Free beer and wine and appetizers is a great way to end the day. The staff is so kind and friendly. I will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Reno area as well as book it for future staycations. "

" Liked dog friendly and dog run. Good amount of parking space in the back of the building to allow throwing the tennis ball for the dog to chase. She got the exercise she needed."

"Upon check in I received great customer service! I thought it would be a little bit of a hassle to change my room to non smoking, but nope. It was a pleasant surprise to have the staff accommodate with ease. The housekeeping was nice too. They didn’t disrupt anything in the room when cleaning. The hotel was all around clean and safe. I’ve stayed here a couple times before so I think it’s time to make this one my go to. I wish they had in room jacuzzi tubs, that would top it off! Thanks SL."
