"When I arrived the elevator wasn't working, I had to carry my luggage up to the 4th floor with no help from the front desk. I wouldn't recommend that hotel to anyone. It's scary. The night shift attendant was very rude to me when I asked him for a water fountain. He told me "there's water in the bathroom." That's not a good place to stay. "

"Pluspunten: bushalte voor de deur met directe verbinding naar U- of S-bahn (In 40 minuten bij de fernsehturm). Ook nachtbus! Prima ontbijt faciliteiten. Vriendelijk personeel. Gratis ochtendkrant. Mooie groene omgeving, parkachtig. Minder leuk: Gedeelde sanitaire ruimten met beperkte capaciteit als de jeugdherberg helemaal vol zit. Gebouw is aan een renovatie toe. "Bei derAnkunft war der Empfang freundlich, legere . In Zimmer nr 1 war das Außenrollo defekt und an der Heizung festgebunden, welches erstmal gelößt werden musst durch uns selbst. In Zimmer nr 2 viel die Dusche auseinander während des Duschens ansonsten war das Zimmer Ok. Für den Preis (49 Euro) für eine Nacht ok aber für mehrere Nächte würde ich in ein Richtiges Hotel gehen"
