"Great stay overall. Only problem we have was the smart door key system was down and the reception have to open for us. The breakfast was good in particular their scramble eggs. The airport shuttle service was really convenient for passengers like us who have a flight to catch"

The rugs from the room as well as from the hallway were some smelly from smoke and somehow dirty. Need to be updated. But after all i am satisfied and recommend amd will come again. "

"I picked this hotel because it was close to Tegel airport, My flight left at 10:45 am and I had a rental car. I parked my car right in front of the hotel. BUT: they were not serving breakfast, in spite of the fact that the website said that breakfast could be bought The worst part is that they would not accept credit card payment. At the end of a trip, people are usually low on cash. I had to walk for 20 minutes each way to get to a U-tube station here I could get some money out from an ATM....

"The rooms were nice… staff was friendly.. but in the summer time there should be at least a fan or air conditioner the room were very hot until early morning…."
