"Perfectly pleasant hotel. Most staff were pleasant and friendly although one staff member was a little sarcastic when I asked about a coffee. Although they were still pleasant overall. Rooms are nice and clean but the lighting in my room was too dim. At night it was very difficult to see in the bathroom at all, and the main room was quite dim too. "Hotel was brilliant, it is very close to the Berlin Zoo. It is also very close to the U-Bahn Wittenbergplatz, about a five min walk. Hotel staff were lovely and were very helpful with any queries I had. The crossiants and coffee in the morning were a lovely touch. The room was very clean, and coffee and a kettle was provided in the room along with various herbal teas. "
