"We booked the house for four nights. Due to arriving at the house late afternoon we had no option but to stay at the house on the first night. We contacted the owner the following morning to advise home that the property was not fit for letting and cancelled the remaining three days. "Beautiful clean and comfortable property. Awesome location to enjoy the Waiarapa. We had to use the fire (in Jan!) and was nice and toasty warm. Advertised with a hot tub but no hot tub present. Kaleb was great to communicate with and easy checking in/out. Highly recommended for big family group."

"I can’t me back to Waikanae every other year to hang with my family. We always have more family than our house can accommodate so need some extra beds. The Doctors Villa was perfect. A beautiful house and an excellent location close to the beach, golf course, olde bakery and the shops. The house has a beautiful backyard which would be tremendous for bbq’s and outside eating and gatherings. "
