"This condo was the perfect location for our us, what, our daughter and our grandson. Five minutes from the zoo walking distance to the Calgary Tower and the Calgary Public library. Was great to sit at a table to eat our meals and not go to a restaurant or at a hotel and plenty of room for him to play. Kitchen was great, even bowls for him. Small but worked perfect for us. Paul was quick to answer any questions Would stay there again."

"Forced to provide ID for all my guests. This is not necessary and very unsafe to have to send in various ID via email. Property was aware that we were arriving late however did not make us aware that we would not be able to access lobby. Therefore locked out at 1130 pm upon arrival. Apartment has stained carpet, broken kitchen faucet, no box spring (mattress basically on floor), broken ice dispenser, dirty drawers, dirty shower, broken deadlock. Bedroom extremely hot. "The property and location were perfect for our stay in Calgary. The check-in and check-out process was not as accurate as described. Business may need to update their instructions. Picked up keys at convenience store, check out you had to get out of the parkade first and then go back up and leave keys. "Lack of necessities at times (paper towels, soap, etc.), and the bed had hair from the previous tenant. All TV channels require log-ins, which a foreign traveler may not have access to."

"We are from New England and came here for 4 nights between my 9 year old daughter’s hockey tournaments in Edmonton. It was a perfect location, close to downtown but quiet, and only an hour from Banff. The house is impeccably clean and the kids loved the game area. The owners made it so easy to find everything and left clear instructions. Would absolutely stay here again. "
