"Stayed here for a little over a week during training for a new position. The location is about 20 feet from Highway 280 which made it easy to commute to work only 7 minutes away. It also made it easy to get to nearby amenities like Safeway and Target. The unit was cozy with a large TV, multiple couches, and a large bed. Microwave and coffee maker were included in addition to the stove and oven. The host even allowed me to extend my stay easily when my itinerary changed. 10/10 would recommend."

The area isn't bad and its close to a lot of stores, like Safeway, Smart&Final, and Dollar store. There's also a bus on the main road that will take you straight downtown. I did spot one or two roaches, and the coffee maker was really dirty. There also wasn't always parking but this wasn't a problem for me."

"Great location and accommodations for 4 adult-sized people. We brought our queen-sized inflatable mattress for the younger 2, and found decent floor space for that. The bathroom/shower are separated from the vanity, so getting people showered and ready was easy. The location was amazing and within a couple minute walk to Capitola Beach, Zelda’s, Pizza My Heart, Margaritaville and Polar Bear Ice Cream! Good parking for 1 car too. I hope we’ll be back soon!"
