"- Bedbugs infestation - do not go to this hotel. - I was at the hotel for 3 nights and changed rooms 3 times. I captured the bugs in a bag and showed receptionists and management, the bugs, and my bites all over my body. They disregarded my complaint and refused me a refund. The manager refused to speak to me and would only communicate through reception staff. The hotel is dirty and had to throw clothes and suitcase away because it was ridden with bugs. Great hotel if you’re getting the early Eurostar

"The hotel was pretty modern and had everything we needed. It was incredibly quiet internally (no slamming doors or chattering guests despite being fully booked) and the double glazing blocked out a lot of the external road noise. We were fine with a compact room however it was very hard to get around one side of the bed without whacking your leg on the wall. That’s my only minor complaint however I’d happily stay for 1 night again because it’s good value compared to similar hotels around St Pancras. "
